Heather Ryan is the Principal Reward Product Leader in Mercer’s Career vertical. Based in Boston, she joined Mercer in 2011, she manages a portfolio of products and teams that offer compensation decision and management solutions for Fortune 100/500 clients. As the Alliance Manager for the Mercer / PayScale relationship, she is excited to join the Compfrence line-up to speak to the changing data landscape. Over the course of her 15 years in technology which started as a software UI developer, she has launched many products and services, managed sales teams and strategic accounts traveling extensively within Asia. Her experience selling and managing clients led to her passion for designing products that create great user experiences. Heather has a Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School, and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado.
