Vivek enjoys combining form and function - mixing art, business knowledge, and design thinking to create delightful and innovative talent experiences. Vivek has extensive experience in Business Transformation, Digital Innovation, Talent Strategy, Performance Management, and Capability Development.

Vivek has a strong passion for cross cultural exploration having studied, travelled, been on assignment, and lived abroad. His passions also include trekking, hiking, and climbing, as well as landscape and portrait photography. He has worked with top photographers around the world on various assignments. Vivek is a native English speaker and conversational in Italian, French, and Gujarati.

He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S., Economics, where he also spent time studying at New College, Oxford University in Oxford, England and ICN Business School in Metz, France.
