Taras Mitran, Software Architect of Business Applications, leads PayScale engineering efforts on B2B products including MarketPay and Insight Lab. Taras has a long technical history with the company, having developed MarketPay's first dashboard while in high school. When not thinking about Comp pros, Taras enjoys road biking and distance running. He holds a BS in Computer Science from NC State University.
