Barnaby Dorfman is the Chief Engineering Officer of PayScale. He has spent over two decades managing large-scale Web product and service development, including seven years at Amazon.com, where he was a vice president in the search technology group. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University and received his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Barnaby has been at PayScale since 2012, where he currently manages engineering, data sciences/analysis/operations, IT and product for the Consumer Business. He lives in Seattle and enjoys cooking, film, travel and sailing with his family.
