She uses a background in theatre to engage with the client(s) in that fearless manner, leveraging all three levels of listening to stay attuned to the audience's attention, absorption, and application. She also applies learnings from CCP, PHR, and SHRM-CP certification programs to build and deliver course content that is both captivating, as well as educational.
