Brooke is based in Dallas, TX as the Sr. Director of Human Resources & Compensation at U.S. Risk. She has over a decade of leadership experience with a heavy focus on total rewards and talent strategy. Having supported both the public and private sectors, Brooke is experienced in compensation design & consulting, M&A integration, benefits strategy, talent development and organizational/performance management. She has worked for several global companies in various industries including CPG, IT, real estate, and insurance. Brooke earned her MBA locally at Dallas Baptist University. She spends her spare time with her husband, 2 kiddos (Jack & Stella), and her motorcycle.
